Digital access is granted instantly. Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase only if the content was not streamed or downloaded. Approved refunds revoke access to the purchased episodes.

Email support@streamverse.test with your order id (shown on your receipt) within 24 hours of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 working days.

A full refund revokes access to the refunded content. A partial refund may leave access intact at our discretion, for example where a single episode of a purchased season was unavailable.

Refunds are not available where the content has already been streamed or downloaded, where access was revoked for a terms breach, or after the refund window has closed.

Failed or unverified payments never unlock content and are never charged to you. If your bank shows a temporary authorisation, it is released automatically by the gateway.
